Plug 2.0 — General Availability

After 8 months of private beta, PlugIQ 2.0 is now generally available to all customers. This is a ground-up rebuild of the platform — same core purpose, entirely new architecture. 2.0 is faster, more extensible, and designed to support the complexity that real enterprise approval workflows demand.

AI Build Copilot
Describe your approval workflow in plain English and the AI generates a ready-to-deploy process. Supports multi-step, conditional, and parallel approval paths. Available on Growth and Enterprise plans.
No-Code Workflow Builder (v2)
Completely rebuilt drag-and-drop builder with conditional branching, parallel approvals, SLA timers, escalation rules, and real-time preview. No-code, no compromises.
External Approver Access
Share a secure, tokenised approval link with any external party — suppliers, auditors, board members — without requiring them to create a PlugIQ account. Full audit trail maintained.
Luna AI — Conversational Analytics
Ask your workflow data questions in plain language. "How many invoices were approved last month above ₦5M?" Luna queries your data and returns an answer in seconds.
Google Workspace Integration (GA)
Full integration with Gmail, Google Drive, Google Forms, Sheets, and Google Directory. Approvals surface natively in your Google environment.
Microsoft 365 Integration (GA)
Full integration with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure AD. Take approval actions without leaving Microsoft.
Compliance-First Audit Engine
Every workflow action — submission, approval, rejection, delegation, escalation — is immutably logged with timestamp, actor, IP address, and context. Exportable in PDF and CSV.
Advanced RBAC & Permissions
Fine-grained role-based access control. Define custom roles, restrict workflow visibility, and control who can approve, delegate, or audit at the step level.
REST API v2
Fully redesigned API with OAuth 2.0, comprehensive webhooks, sandbox environment, and complete documentation. Build any custom integration your team needs.
SSO / SAML 2.0 & SCIM (Enterprise)
Enterprise-grade single sign-on via SAML 2.0 and automatic user provisioning/deprovisioning via SCIM. Works with Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, and more.
Migration note for 1.x customers

PlugIQ 1.x workflows will continue to run without interruption through 30 June 2026. After that date, 1.x workspaces will be automatically migrated to 2.0. We strongly recommend migrating before that date to take advantage of new features and to validate your workflow configurations in the new builder.
