Product
Own the product roadmap for our core approval engine. Work closely with engineering, design, and customers to define, prioritise, and ship.
Design the interfaces that help enterprise teams build and manage approval workflows. Strong systems thinking and attention to interaction detail required.
Engineering
Build and scale the core workflow engine, API layer, and integration connectors. Experience with event-driven architecture and high-reliability systems preferred.
Build beautiful, performant interfaces for our workflow builder, approval portal, and analytics dashboards. Strong TypeScript and React skills essential.
Own our AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and observability stack. Help us maintain our 99.9% uptime SLA as we scale.
Internships
Work alongside our product team on research, documentation, and roadmap support. Open to final-year university students and recent graduates.
Contribute to real product features under the guidance of senior engineers. Must be comfortable in JavaScript or Python and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

A short, practical exercise relevant to the role. We design it to take no more than 2–3 hours and always provide context on what we're looking for. We pay for senior-level assessments.
Team Interview (60–90 min)
A deeper conversation with 2–3 people from the team you'd be joining. We discuss your assessment, your thinking, and how you approach problems. No trick questions.
Offer
If it's a fit, we move fast. Expect an offer within 48 hours of your final conversation. We're transparent about compensation from the start and don't play negotiation games.
