Pricing questions, answered.

An active workflow is any workflow template that has had at least one instance initiated in the current billing month. Dormant workflows that were not triggered do not count toward your limit. You can have unlimited saved workflow templates — only the ones actually used each month count.

Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the new plan takes effect immediately, with a prorated charge for the remainder of the month. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. We don't charge penalties for switching.

We offer a 14-day free trial on the Growth plan — no credit card required. You get full access to all Growth features including integrations, the No-Code Builder, and AI Build Copilot. At the end of your trial, you can choose any plan or let it expire.

Enterprise pricing is custom and negotiated based on your number of workflows, users, integration complexity, and support requirements. We support annual contracts with monthly or quarterly invoicing. Contact our sales team to get a proposal tailored to your organisation.

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, and invoice-based payment for annual Enterprise contracts. For Nigerian enterprises, we also support Naira payments via our local billing gateway.

Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation, during which you can export all workflow records, audit trails, and reports in CSV or JSON format. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted from our systems in accordance with our data retention policy.
